PAYMENT POLICIES
Since direct credit card payments are not available at this time,
payment by PayPal or money order are the only methods of
payment accepted, except international customers who must pay
by PayPal only.
Payment through PayPal must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Money order payments must be mailed the same day. Please call or
email when payment has been mailed.
If you cannot put payment in the mail on the same day, or if PayPal
payment cannot be made within 24 hours, please contact us by phone
or email. If we do not hear from you in either case, your order will
have
to be cancelled and the item(s) will be placed back into inventory two
days after you place your order.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Ready-made items are shipped within 4-6 days of receipt of payment.
Some will ship the same day, depending on what time of day payment is received.
Shipping of customized items varies depending on the amount of work
needed. You will be contacted to let you know estimated shipping date.
All items are shipped to the address on your Paypal account unless you request a different shipping address by email.
Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, 1st class mail or Parcel Post, depending on packaging for the item and cost. Faster shipping must be requested and paid for before shipping is arranged.
Every item is packed very well to avoid damage, therefore, we will NOT
be responsible for loss or damage during shipment. Insurance is
suggested to protect your purchase. If you would like insurance, please
let us know at the time your order is placed and $1.70 will be added
to your shipping costs.
If you want to purchase insurance or need faster shipment, please contact
me before you pay through PayPal for the additional costs involved.
All shipments are sent with delivery confirmation which is FREE TO YOU, but the tracking number will be provided to you upon request.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
PayPal is the only form of payment acceptable from International
customers. International customers must contact us before you arrange
your PayPal payment so that we may advise you of the additional costs
for customs fees and paperwork.
No changes in price or other cost of goods will be made to avoid or
lower customs fees or taxes on any purchase.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
The best pictures possible are used in the website to enable you to
know exactly what you will receive. Refunds will be made only if
something is seriously misrepresented. Any returns must be unused
and returned in perfect condition. Refunds when made will be paid
minus return shipping costs. Quilts cannot be returned.
Please be aware that colors may vary slightly, depending on the
monitor you are using with your computer.
